Homebuyer or Tenant

From the first time I met Amy, it was apparent that she was going to focus on me and my best interest as a potential tenant in Sun City. She was very patient with me when I wasn’t even sure of what I wanted. But she showed me such a variety of homes that it became apparent what I had in mind and truly wanted in my next home (and what I didn’t want!) Once I found the house for me, she walked me through all of the paperwork answering my numerous questions in a timely manner. She met me at the house for walk-throughs and even after receiving the keys to my ”new to me home”, she again visited to assist with technology set up and answer any other questions I had about the house. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience!
